2. Payment Terms
      • Payments are required in AED, equivalent to the amount received in our Dubai account.
      • Please note that credit facilities are not available, ensuring a streamlined payment process for all parties.

3. Support for Tickets
      • Ticket support is managed directly by the service provider. To assist you, the platform provides full access to the contact details of each service provider for direct communication and resolution.
